Dinner Tonight - December 7th

My husband wanted to know why I was taking a picture of meat.
We had leftovers tonight.  I roasted the meat last night instead of putting it in the crockpot and it turned out very, very juicy and delicious.  For a 2 lb. roast it took about 1 hour at 350 degrees. 

Having leftovers was great since I spent most of the day deep cleaning the kitchen.  It was the cleaning out drawers, polishing the cabinets and scrubbing everything type of cleaning.  So I was happy to have enough from last night's meal (Cranberry pork roast) so that I didn't have to mess up the kitchen to prepare a meal from scratch.  Gotta love leftovers.

I do love leftovers and that pork looks lovely.

Tonight we had fish and chips which Hubby bought for us on his way home from work, delicious !!!
