Tonight my husband and son were at a basketball game so I was on my own for dinner. I ate leftovers. I also spent some time today baking chocolate chip cookies. We have some new neighbors moving in and I took them over a plate of warm cookies. I do believe they were surprised.
I also mixed up a batch of yeast dough to make hamburger style buns. It is so cold out and it does help to warm up the house by doing some baking. Now I need to sit down and make a list of the holiday goodies I want to bake.

We are having Spag Bol tonight made with Turkey mince, and Rhubarb Crumble the rhubarb was a gift from a friend who had grown way to much for her own needs, and I had the crumble in the freezer just waiting to be used.
Ooooh - Rhubarb crumble - I love it. What is Spag Bol? Is it Spaghetti Bolognese?
Yes it is and it,s one of our family favorites, so the ingredients are always on hand, so much so that I feel as if I made the whole meal for $4 for the Turkey mince. It did us Sunday night Dinner and Hubby and I for Lunch today
