Dinner Tonight - November 11th

Tonight we are having what I call "Pizza Pasta."  I took a bag of Mostacolli pasta and cooked it up, added 1/2 lb. browned ground beef, several slices of cut up turkey pepperoni, 1 jar of spaghetti sauce and I stirred in 3/4 package shredded mozzarella.  Poured this concoction into a 9 x 13 " pan and topped with the remaining mozzarella and baked it at 350 degrees til it was warm and bubbly.  My family always loves this dish.

This afternoon I baked two loaves of cuban bread to go along with it.  We are also having a nice tossed salad.
