French Toast Bagels


I made these bagels today and they turned out great.  To shape them you roll out a portion of the dough into a rope and then you wrap it around your palm of your hand and pinch the ends closed. 

I tweaked a recipe by adding 2 eggs, real maple syrup and some other ingredients to get the French Toast Flavor.  I am going to make this again next week and after I have perhaps added a little more nutmeg, I will post my final recipe.
