The "non-food" items can really put a dent in your grocery budget. I have found that I get the most savings in this area from using coupons combined with sales. I pay an average of 20 cents per box of ziploc bags. As to the 25 bottles of bathroom spray, I got most of those for 10 to 15 cents or free. Most of the deoderant cost me from 25 to 50 cents or I got some free.
